Nourishing A Transformative Approach To Wealth And Responsibility

Rooted In Redistribution isn’t just a space for thinking about wealth inequality but for cultivating a new relationship with your financial resources. The systems of whiteness, capitalism, and patriarchy don’t just impact how wealth is distributed; they also shape how you experience money, responsibility, and power.

How does it feel in your body when you think about giving away a substantial amount of money? Does your chest tighten? Does your mind rush to justifications, hesitations? What if these sensations weren’t warnings—but signals that you are brushing up against the edges of transformation?

Money carries stories. Many of them rooted in fear, scarcity, and control. This work asks you to dig beneath the surface, unearth what no longer serves you, and begin to plant new ways of being with your resources.

A Small, Relational Collective: Growing Together In Accountability

This program is intentionally designed as a small, intimate circle with space for only eight women. This size is deliberate, cultivating a deeply relational experience where you can connect meaningfully with others on a similar path.

In this space, the collective is your soil…your mirror, your support, and your accountability. Together, you’ll navigate the tangled roots of privilege, responsibility, and redistribution. The small group size ensures that you have space to share openly, explore discomfort, and process emotions in an environment of trust and mutual care.

Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. The systems we are working to unearth—whiteness, capitalism, and patriarchy—thrive on disconnection and individualism. Rooted In Redistribution challenges these narratives by cultivating a space where interdependence and the collective are centered.

By engaging in this work collectively, you’re not just shifting your understanding; you’re practicing the principles this work is built on. You’re learning how to cultivate relationships of trust, how to nurture accountability, and how to compost outdated beliefs that no longer serve liberation.

Most importantly, the small group setting allows for deep vulnerability. You’ll be able to engage fully in the honest, challenging, and transformative conversations this work requires, knowing that the members of the circle are here to support and hold you as you grow.

Redistribution As Both Action & Healing: Letting Wealth Flow

Whiteness and wealth have promised you safety, control, and the illusion of earned success. But in return, they have kept you disconnected. Disconnected from community, from collective well-being, from the deeper meaning of enoughness.

This work asks: What might you reclaim when you stop grasping? Who might you become when you let go?

Wealth is not neutral. It is either being hoarded, deepening inequality, or it is being released, allowing life to thrive. Redistribution is not about “helping others”—it is about breaking free from the scarcity mindset that capitalism and whiteness have embedded in your being.

This is not charity. This is liberation work…yours included.

  • Deep Reflection on Wealth – Dig into the stories and beliefs that have shaped your relationship with wealth, power, and responsibility.

Tools for Redistributing Wealth with Integrity – Develop practical strategies for moving resources in ways that honor the leadership of marginalized communities and challenge systems of inequality.

A Space to Process Emotions – This program offers a supportive environment to sit with discomfort, tend to your emotions, and cultivate resilience as you engage deeply with your values.

A Community of Accountability and Healing – Participate in a collective journey, growing alongside others who are committed to aligning their resources with liberation.

  • This circle is not for everyone, and that’s intentional. This is a space for white women who feel a deep call to realign their resources with their values and are ready to engage in the vulnerable, challenging work of transformation.

    Ask yourself these questions:

    • Are you unsettled by the gap between your values and your financial choices?

    • Are you curious about unlearning the stories you’ve been taught about wealth?

    • Are you open to exploring your role in systems of privilege and inequality?

    • Are you willing to share vulnerably and show up for others?

    • Are you ready to redistribute your wealth?

If you wait until it feels easy, you will wait forever. If you wait until you feel fully “ready,” you will never begin. The discomfort you feel is part of the process of realignment—it means you are moving.

This is an invitation to take the first step, not with certainty, but with trust. The roots of a new way are already waiting to take hold. Will you plant yourself in this work and commit to growing?

An Invitation To Dig Deep And Grow

This work is not easy. It will ask you to sit with discomfort, to break up hardened beliefs, and to plant new ways of relating to your resources.

But the discomfort is worth it. On the other side is freedom…not just for the communities harmed by inequality but for you, too. Freedom from the fear of scarcity, from the rigidity of control, and from the isolation that whiteness and wealth create.

When you do this work with others, you are reminded that transformation is collective. You’re practicing interdependence, building relationships rooted in mutual accountability, and strengthening the skills needed to create a world where resources and power flow freely and equitably.

If you’re ready to dig deep, tend to the roots of systemic harm, and cultivate a new way of being with wealth, Rooted In Redistribution is a space where you can begin that journey.

Together, we’ll move beyond what’s comfortable and into the transformative process of growing a more just and liberated world.
