About Toi Smith

I’m Toi Smith, a facilitator, strategist, and guide for those ready to move beyond theory into action. My work is rooted in redistribution, accountability, and liberation. I challenge the systems that uphold extraction, hoarding, and control while cultivating spaces where people can step into aligned, reparative, and relational ways of being.

As the facilitator of Rooted In Redistribution, I work with white women who are ready to unlearn, uproot, and redistribute. This work is not just about financial giving. It is about breaking cycles of harm, stepping into responsibility, and creating real pathways for repair.

I believe in doing, not just discussing. Liberation is not a concept. It is a daily practice that requires discomfort, commitment, and courage. The spaces I hold are rigorous, intentional, and deeply relational. They ask participants to sit with truth, challenge ingrained patterns, and move money in ways that disrupt the status quo.

The people who enter this work with me know that creating a regenerative world means moving beyond self-interest. It requires a collective vision that is vast, relational, and deeply attuned to emergent ways of being and doing. My work will always center justice, redistribution, and repair. It offers the tools, language, and pathways to step into what is possible when we prioritize the collective over individual accumulation.

If you are ready to do the work, you are in the right place.
